What’s New in the 2025 Suzuki Access 125? Spy Shots Reveal Key Design Updates

3 Min Read

The ever-popular family scooter, Suzuki Access 125, has been spotted testing once again, and this time, the spy shots reveal exciting design changes. Suzuki, keeping up with its competitors, has taken steps to give the Access 125 a modern, sporty makeover.

Fresh Design Updates for 2025 Suzuki Access 125

The most noticeable update comes in the form of a redesigned headlight cowl, which now appears chunkier than before. The rectangular LED headlight adds to the scooter’s sporty and premium feel. The front apron has also been refreshed, giving the scooter a more contemporary look.

While the rear section largely remains unchanged from the previous model, there are a few subtle modifications. The rear mudguard and exhaust heat shield have been redesigned, and the rear now sports LED lights, possibly hinting at a hazard light feature—a new addition to the lineup.

Powertrain and Expected Performance

Despite the design tweaks, the upcoming Access 125 is expected to retain the same 124cc single-cylinder engine, paired with a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission). This engine delivers 8.7PS of power and 10Nm of torque, similar to the current model. However, there’s speculation that Suzuki might optimize the engine and transmission to enhance fuel efficiency—a much-needed upgrade.

Feature Additions and Connectivity

The 2025 Suzuki Access 125 will continue offering modern features that make it a strong competitor in the family scooter segment. It comes equipped with a semi-digital instrument cluster and Bluetooth connectivity, enabling turn-by-turn navigation, call/SMS/WhatsApp alerts, overspeeding notifications, and trip sharing. It also provides information like the last parked location, making it a user-friendly choice for everyday commuting.

Suspension and Wheel Setup

Built on an underbone frame, the scooter will maintain its telescopic fork suspension at the front and a single shock absorber at the rear. The wheel setup includes a 12-inch front wheel and a 10-inch alloy rear wheel, ensuring a smooth and balanced ride.

2025 Suzuki Access 125- Competition in the Market

The Suzuki Access 125 faces stiff competition from other family-oriented scooters such as the Honda Activa 125 and the TVS Jupiter 125. Additionally, with electric scooters like the Ather Rizta gaining traction, Suzuki needs to offer both efficiency and innovation to remain a top contender in the segment.

Expected Launch of 2025 Suzuki Access 125

The 2025 Suzuki Access 125 is expected to launch in early 2025. With its revamped design and possible performance enhancements, it’s likely to attract both loyal customers and new buyers in the family scooter segment.
