Now, as per a media report, Bajaj is expected to upgrade the Chetak electric scooter with a new battery pack that promises increased range and higher energy density.

Now, according to media reports, Bajaj is preparing to update the Chetak electric scooter with a more energy-dense battery pack that will deliver increased range.

Battery Sourcing & Performance Boost Reports indicate that Bajaj has switched battery suppliers. The newly sourced battery cells are more energy-dense, resulting in a higher range for the Chetak, bumping it from 126 km to 136 km.
