TVS Motor Company has announced the appointment of Gaurav Gupta as its new President – India 2W business, responsible for overseeing the company’s two-wheeler operations in the Indian market, covering both ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) and EV (Electric Vehicles) segments.
Gupta’s experience in the automotive industry spans several prestigious brands, making him a valuable addition to TVS. Prior to his role at TVS, Gupta served as the Deputy Managing Director and Chief Growth Officer at MG Motor India, where he played a pivotal role in setting up the company’s commercial operations and steering its growth trajectory. His leadership was instrumental in MG Motor’s entry into the Indian market in 2018.

With over two decades of experience in the automotive industry, Gaurav Gupta has worked at renowned companies like Bridgestone and General Motors. During his tenure at Bridgestone, he led the company’s operations in Indonesia, handling both domestic and export operations. His strategic insights and leadership skills have garnered him immense respect in the automotive sector.
