BMW has unveiled the XM Label, an ultra-powerful variant of the XM performance SUV, priced at Rs 3.15 crore. It is Rs 55 lakh more expensive than the standard XM and is one of only 500 units globally, with just one unit available in India. While internationally known as the XM Label Red, it is named the XM Label in India.

As the most powerful BMW M model, the XM Label boasts a tuned 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 engine, delivering 748 PS and 1000 Nm—an increase of 95 PS and 200 Nm over the standard XM. It features a hybrid system with a 25.7 kWh battery pack, allowing for up to 82 km of pure electric driving. The XM Label accelerates from 0-100 kmph in just 3.8 seconds, five seconds faster than the standard XM, with an electronically limited top speed of 250 kmph, extendable to 290 kmph with the M Driver’s package. Power is transmitted to all four wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission.
